Right of Withdrawal


EU consumers generally have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from online purchases without providing a reason.

For digital content delivered electronically, this right is lost once delivery begins, provided the customer has expressly consented to immediate delivery, acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right, and received the legally required confirmation.

Once these conditions are met, cancellation or withdrawal for change of mind is no longer available.

This policy does not affect mandatory consumer rights regarding defective or non-conforming products.
